Jeřabinka je průtahový destilát (geist) vyrobený macerací a následnou destilací plodu jeřabin, které jsou ručně vybírané. Do destiláru smějí pouze zralé, odstopkované plody. Vyniká zvláštní avšak typickou kořenitou chutí, která je základem pro jemnou pálenku.
